Steven Del Corso joined IWSG as Chief Executive Officer in March 2023 with a goal of growing the company in an employee and customer service centric environment. Steve has over 20 years of experience in the solid waste industry which began in 2003 as Corporate Controller at Advanced Disposal Services (ADS). Steve spent 18 years with ADS, holding positions of Chief Accounting Officer, Regional Operations Manager and SVP of Accounting and Finance while making significant contributions to the entrepreneurial growth, initial public offering, and ultimate sale to Waste Management in October 2020. Steve joined Meridian Waste, a southeast regional waste company, in November 2020 as Chief Financial Officer where we engineered a transformational improvement in the financial condition of the Company in a levered environment.
