Charlie is Vice President of Post Collection Operations and is a 13-year veteran of the waste industry.

In the 13 years he was with Advanced Disposal services, Charlie worked his way up through various positions to General Manager of landfills in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee.

Charlie was responsible for the construction, development and daily operation and profitability of the landfills and worked directly with the state, county, and local elected officials. Among other duties Charlie, was engaged in implementation and monitoring of Federal, State, Local ordinances and regulations on landfill operations and maintained effective relationships with the respective regulators/inspectors.

Charlie joined IWSG in 2018 to assist in management and due diligence of post-collection operations.
